Es geht um eine Sache, die jeden von uns tagtäglich betrifft.
It is something, which concerns all of us every day.
Se trata de algo que os concierne cada día.

Natürlich reden wir von Konflikten.
Obviously we talk about conflicts.
Obviamente estamos hablando de conflictos.

Zu jedem Konflikt gehört auch eine Lösung.
Every conflict also has a solution.
Cada conflicto tiene una solución.

Die Auslöser der Auseinandersetzungen sind häufig Rechthaberei, Hänselei und Angeberei.
The triggers of the problems are often teasing, boasting and wanting to be right.
Los desencadenantes de discusiones más frecuentes son, terquedad, burla y chulería.

Zum Schulleiter kommen da jede zweite Hofpause Kinder mit Verletzungen, Beschwerden aus Prügeleien.
Children come every second break time with complaints about fighting or injuries to the headteacher.
En uno de cada dos recreos el director tiene delante a niños con heridas, quejas derivadas de peleas.

Um die Konflikte zu lösen hat sich eine Gruppe zusammengesetzt.
We established a team in order to solve conflicts.
Para solucionar estos conflictos se ha reunido un grupo.

Da die 4 Jungs selber schon viele Auseinandersetzungen hatten, wissen sie, wie sie das Streiten verhindern können.
Because the four boys have had many problems themselves in the past they know how to avoid the conflicts.
Dado que los cuatro mismos niños han tenido muchas peleas saben como se pueden evitar.

Man sollte beim Streiten nicht immer sich angegriffen fühlen und aus der Rolle fallen.
You shouldn't always feel threatened or lose control when you argue with each other.
En una pelea uno no debería siempre sentirse atacado y perder el control.

Nun heißt das, wenn man es genau nimmt, sie wollen das Streiten drastisch verhindern.
That means that the group would like to strongly decrease the conflicts.
Luego, bien mirado, pretenten impedir drásticamente la pelea.

Na ja, die Kinder versuchen sehr oft egoistisch ihre Interessen durchzusetzen.
Children often try to force their own interests.
Los niños intentan a menudo imponer sus intereses de forma egoísta.

Der eine möchte das gern, der andere möchte das nicht und wenn er nicht will dann bekommt er gleich eine Schelle oder wird verprügelt und das ist nicht in Ordnung.
One wants this, the other doesn't and if he doesn't cooperate then he gets a slap or gets beaten up and that is not ok.
El uno lo quiere, el otro no. Y cuando él no quiere se le da una torta o una paliza. Y esto no está bien.

Ich glaube, die Kinder müssen noch sehr sehr viel lernen auch toleranter zu sein.
I think, that the children need to learn to be a lot more tolerant.
Creo que los niños debemos aprender a ser más tolerantes.

Einfach den anderen so zu akzeptieren wie er ist und einfach mal zu sagen:
Just to accept the other one how he is and just to say:
Simplemente aceptar al otro tal y como es y decirlo de una vez.

"Okay, das ist so, ich lass dich jetzt in Ruhe."
"Okay, that's how it is, I'll leave you allone."
Vale es así, y ahora te dejo en paz.

Und das fällt ganz vielen sehr sehr schwer.
And for many of them that's very hard.
Pero a muchos les cuesta.
